A spectacular New Year's Eve party kicked off another full year of social events to benefit individuals with disabilities.

It was a stunning evening in black, white and silver as more than 400 people filled the Grand Ballroom at the Valencia Hyatt for LETMESAIL’s inaugural New Year’s Eve Bon Voyage Ball. The formally dressed guests gathered in the lobby about 7 p.m. to enjoy gourmet hors d’oeuvres prior to the four-course dinner that featured roasted pear salad, braised short ribs and chicken breast with boursin mashed potatoes and asparagus.
The dinner was topped with coffee and créme brulee cheesecake in all its glory. High-mast sailing ships models perched on shiny pedestals decorated each table and the guests enjoyed dancing to the live band Bump City throughout the evening. To read the entire article, click here.
